CONCERNING THE TREE
1:3 They are like trees that grow beside a stream, that bear fruit at the right
time, and whose leaves do not dry up. They succeed in everything they do.
Rev 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear
as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
Rev 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of
the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner
of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of
the tree were for the healing of the nations.
An Introduction of protocol:
precious Holy Spirit of God, We would like to introduce you to
our family, Tree of Life. We are a Multi-cultural Fellowship of
believers who believe in the "Greater" things of God.
Our prime directive
is being obedient to His call upon us. Therefore, what the
Spirit of Jesus Christ tells us to do, we do.
HIS CALLING TO THE TREE:
We are a people who are called
into the arts ~
musicians, dancers, artists, writers, inventors, intercessors,
and others who whole-heartedly give their gifts and talents back
to the Creator.
Our commission from Heaven is to love the
Lord with all our heart, mind, soul and strength...and love our
neighbor as ourselves for this is the sum of it all. Without
love we are nothing, our gifts become empty. Therefore, it is our aim
to worship Father God in Spirit and Truth; to bring pleasure to
Him and do His will; to receive His Love and give it to all.
Our expressions of His love are revealed
via Word, Worship, and Art. We believe in loving God with all we
have, for His Love is more than we can ever comprehend; greater
than we can ever humanly express.
We believe God enables us, gifts us, trains
us...as God did to the prophets, priest, judges, and royals who
served Him; bringing pleasure to Himself; enabling His servants
the ability to intercede for mankind. We believe His treasures
in these vessels of clay are to be used in restoring a
relationship between God and mankind. Therefore, we believe our
intimate relationship with Christ is a tool that breaks the
chains of self-righteous men, dominions of darkness, and ushers
in the voice of liberty. We believe the Anointed One within us
breaks all bondages; for it is not by might or power, but His
Spirit. Thus, it is not the Tree, but God who liberates; for we
are His workmanship.
In His call to the Tree, this word was spoken,
"Tree of Life, lower your leaves, raise your branches, deepen
your roots, and heal the land."
This word is a challenge to speak Life to all things, to humble
ourselves before God and heal those who seek shelter; to worship
the Lord continually, deepen our private relationships with God
and nurture healing to the hidden things; to intercede for the
Peoples and lands, beginning with where we are planted.
This begins with
First Nations, where this Tree is placed. Though Tree of Life is
multicultural, we take this calling serious. Therefore, via
Christ, and the Holy Spirit of God, we have a First Nation
sensitive fellowship. It is no secret; the First Nation people
have been burned and bleached for 500 abusive years. Therefore,
we love, understand, and reverse the curse that was made via
heartless Hellenistic religions; Christians lacking love and
knowledge. Thus, we honor the arts, dress, and language, loving
the beauty given to First Nation cultures. As Christ and the
Apostles did in the lands in which they were planted, we too
will give Hope. We believe Christ fulfills culture, cleans and
restores people to the purpose He created. To love people is
Christ, and as Paul did on Mars Hill, it is only our commission
to love; ôRevealing eternity in their hearts."
and watchmen over what God has given and gifted; we welcome you
to come hear the Spirit and the Bride calling you into a deeper
place; to join us in this work and calling; to receive the Heart
and Art of Worship; that we may express the Father's Love to
all. Come worship God with us; use the language that God has
given you; a language of love, which touches both Heaven and
